Group Fitness Gym – At Fitness on the Park is a North Adelaide Health Club we welcome men and women of all ages and fitness levels. We are not just a Adelaide based gym and fitness centre, we are a community.
Enjoy the friendly and relaxed atmosphere where you can progress at your own pace. We have plenty to choose from to add to your fitness regime, including group and individual offerings with personalised care and experienced fitness instructors.
But that’s not all that is offered here. We are very much about involving everyone in our vibrant culture through regular social events, with Sunday bushwalks, weekend and overseas walking holidays, health seminars and social get-togethers to enrich your experience at our fitness centre.
Fitness on the Park is an organisation of health and fitness professionals whose objectives are to provide high quality and innovative exercise programmes for the whole community. These programmes, with an emphasis on education, will enable a variety of participants – young and old – fit or unfit – to achieve and maintain a greater level of health and well being.
