Introduction to Pilates at Fitness on the Park focuses on the most important principles of Pilates

For the complete and varied gym workout in a class setting to improve Strength and Cardio fitness.

A fun and varied outdoor class to extend your limits, with Short Burst/Interval Training and some Running.

One hour outdoor exercise classes using Hand Weights to improve your Strength, Flexibility and Balance.

Improve your Strength, Balance and Flexibility in a one hour class. Easy to follow for all fitness levels. Perfect for 50+!


Target Core Strength and Balance in an intimate and fun group.

Fit For Life

A Fun hour of fitness targeting all muscle groups, includes a 30 minute walk.


Hatha Yoga- gentle exercise for the Body and Mind to improve Range of Movement and Flexibility, focusing on Posture.

Master's Fitness

Specialised class for over 65's. Improve Core Stability and Strength, with an emphasis on Balance.

Back Care

Manage and reduce back pain by improving Core Stability and Back Strength.

Fitness Walking

One hour vigorous walks in a friendly, social group around the River Torrens and North Adelaide.

Folk Dancing
