This is the first positive step towards a healthier, fitter and slimmer you. This 10 week KICKSTART HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS programme is just the beginning.

Establishing good eating and exercise habits for life.

So, if losing some weight and improving your fitness are your goals, this is the programme for you.

This 10 week course includes:

  • 1 x 30 minute diet counselling per week.
  • 1 x 30 minute Personal Training gym session per week.
  • Full gym and class membership.
