Kickstart - Healthy Weight Loss Program

This is the first positive step towards a healthier, fitter and slimmer you. This 10 week KICKSTART course is just the beginning - establishing good exercise and habits for life.

It is a medically supervised course (we have a resident GP) set with a personal exercise training programme and healthy eating plan. Individual counselling and assessment sessions will take place throughout the 10 weeks where measurements will be taken and eating habits and nutrition will be discussed.

Exercise Training Programme: You will meet with a Personal Trainer once a week to plan your exercise sessions for the coming week and to monitor your progress. Goals and objectives will be established. Your Personal Trainer will set a suitable gym programme for you, which will include the use of cardio-vascular equipment such as treadmill, bike, rower and stepper. Supervised weight training and exercise classes of your choice will be part of your individual programme.

Healthy Eating Plan: The basic principles of a healthy eating diet will be discussed and an eating diary will be established and reviewed each week.
